"Consecration Ceremony "
It was announced on May 3, 2009, that Pastor Bill Hines would be elevated to the office of Bishop Designate. This elevation would then lead to the Consecration as Bishop. As Bishop, Pastor Hines will serve as pastoral covering, and give oversight and provide guidance to pastors and church’s affiliated within the SWIF organization. His responsibilities will also include being a spiritual father and mentor amongst pastors and leaders. Ceremony will begin on Sunday, October 4th at 4 pm. Special guests include: Apostle Gene A. Moore and Bishop John Hickman.

I was led to the Lord in 2001 after living a life of thinking, that as long as I was a good person, I'd make it to heaven.
I then joined the Repairers Church, led their audio department and taught Adult Sunday School. In 2004, I was led to New Covenant Christian Church where I was asked to lead and head up their video department and accepted the position.
Later, I started producing the NCCC television show and the show was also added to the internet at www.hmstv.org.
I am heavily involved in sports with my grand-children, Anthony and Desmond (Video, football, and water-dad). I have coached young men's basketball for the last eight years. In 2009 our team won the Pasadena Recreational League 9-10 years old “city championship”. During baseball season, I simply enjoy their games from the bleachers.
I have a video production company of which I formed back in 1995 filming kids’ birthdays, weddings and receptions, church events and Quinceaneras. My services also includes filming, editing via DVD. I also convert older VHS tapes to DVD.
